Ingredients
  

  • ¾ Cup Infused Coconut Oil
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2.5 Cups Flour (all purpose)
  • 1 Each Egg
  • Cup Molasses
  • .5 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1.5 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1.5 Teaspoon Nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  • Roll into portioned balls
  • Roll cookie balls in loose, granulated sugar
  • Place sugared cookie balls on baking sheet – DO NOT FLATTEN
  • Bake at 350F for 10 – 14 minutes
  • Remove from oven and cool. Pack in airtight container or freeze
