
CHEWY GINGER SNAP COOKIE
This recipe is rated EASY and makes a chewy cookie with that great ginger bite. Remember to store them in an airtight container to keep that amazing soft cookie texture.

- Measuring Spoon(s)
- Measuring Cup
- Baking Sheet
- Stainless Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- ¾ Cup Infused Coconut Oil
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2.5 Cups Flour (all purpose)
- 1 Each Egg
- ⅓ Cup Molasses
- .5 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1.5 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1.5 Teaspoon Nutmeg
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Roll into portioned balls
- Roll cookie balls in loose, granulated sugar
- Place sugared cookie balls on baking sheet – DO NOT FLATTEN
- Bake at 350F for 10 – 14 minutes
- Remove from oven and cool. Pack in airtight container or freeze
