
1 cup infused butter – softened
1 cup white granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. hot water
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups all purpose flour
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 F. (177 C.)
- Cream together butter, white & brown sugar until smooth
- Beat in eggs one at a time
- Stir in vanilla extract
- Dissolve baking soda in hot water and add to batter with salt
- Stir in flour and chocolate chips
- Drop large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans
- Bake about 10 minutes until edges brown
