Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Roll into portioned balls
Roll cookie balls in loose, granulated sugar
Place sugared cookie balls on baking sheet - DO NOT FLATTEN
Bake at 350F for 10 - 14 minutes
Remove from oven and cool. Pack in airtight container or freeze
